Once the holding fee is paid, it is now time to countdown the days to go-home day! We will work together to find the perfect puppy for you and your family. The remaining payment for the puppy will be paid in full either at pick up or prior to drop off if your puppy is getting shipped to you.

Absolutely! We have puppies across the United States. You have the option to fly in and pick up your puppy at either of our our local airports, Orlando International or Sanford International. Alternatively, you can also arrange for a flight nanny service to deliver your precious puppy directly to you. We are dedicated to making the process as convenient and stress-free as possible, ensuring you and your new furry companion can start your journey together with joy and excitement.

Yes, there is. This will be included in the puppy contract that will be signed prior to your puppy being taken home.
Certainly! You have the flexibility to make payments the same day you submit your holding fee. You can choose to make payments at any time and for any amount throughout the 8 weeks. Each time we receive a payment, you will receive an update regarding the payments made and the remaining balance due. We want to ensure the payment process is convenient and transparent for you, allowing you to focus on the excitement of preparing for your new puppy’s arrival.
If you reserve a spot for a boy puppy, but there aren’t enough in the current litter, you have the option to request being moved to a future litter with the same specifications for a boy puppy. Alternatively, you can choose to switch to the next available girl puppy spot on the same litter if that option is suitable for you. We want to ensure you find the perfect match, whether it’s a boy puppy from a future litter or a girl puppy from the current litter.
If you decide to reserve a spot on a litter but later need to cancel, we will keep your deposit on hold and contact you again when we have availability in a future litter. However, if we have already reached out to you once to offer a spot in a litter and you choose not to take it, your deposit will be forfeited.
